Useful to know.
How do I restore Spark Pro?
Open Spark’s settings and choose Restore Purchases, using the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple and RevenueCat check the subscription’s current status. A restore does not move your thought library between devices.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
In Spark’s settings, choose Manage Subscription, or open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spark. Apple handles renewals, cancellation, billing, and eligible refunds. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How can I keep my audio off cloud services?
Use typed capture rather than Spark’s microphone feature. Spark prefers local voice transcription, but can switch to OpenAI when local processing is unavailable. You can revoke microphone and speech permissions in iPhone Settings. Apple’s system keyboard dictation has its own Apple settings.
Can you recover a deleted thought?
We do not have a server copy of your thought library. You can edit or delete a thought in Spark, and move archived thoughts back out of Archive. We cannot promise recovery of deleted thoughts; your own device backups may contain older app data.
How do I request access to or deletion of personal data?
Write to contact@clarityappsystems.com with “Spark privacy request” in the subject. Tell us which service or purchase your request concerns. We may need limited information to locate a pseudonymous record and verify the request. Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or your private thought library.
